Can I ask for an opinion on my home’s market price?

Which areas do you cover?

The focus is the Aegean and Southern Marmara. Include the province and district in your request.

I live abroad. How do I start?

Where does the market data come from?

Home sales and inflation come from TurkStat, Türkiye’s house price index and exchange rates from TCMB, and EU house prices from Eurostat. Each card shows the source and period.

How do I view certificates?
